Warranty & Terms


Products sold by Queensland Tractor Spares Pty Ltd are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers breakdowns or faults due to defects in materials or workmanship of the product. It does not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, lack of routine maintenance, accidental damage, damage caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorised modification.

This warranty does not cover consequential damage to your machine or loss of income.

This warranty is made available only to the customer who is the initial purchaser of the product provided that an appropriate proof of purchase can be shown.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all our products are fitted by a fully qualified person in line with the original manufacturer instructions. All items must be checked for full compatibility and fitness for purpose before installation.


Liability of Queensland Tractor Spares Pty Ltd is limited to replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price.

We make every effort to make sure that our parts fit the applications listed. However we recommend that you confirm that the parts are correct for your application.

We reserve the right to providing a choice of a replacement part or a refund. If we cannot offer you a replacement part, a refund will be offered.

We must be notified of all damage claims on parts within five working days of receipt.

Any items missing from deliveries that are not back-ordered must be reported within five working days.

No claims may be made after this five working- day period. For the purposes of these terms, ‘working days’ are defined as weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding designated public holidays.

Other Terms & Conditions

In order to avoid all restocking charges and expedite your refund, please call for authorisation first. We will ask a few simple questions.

You must also return the item (s) in unused condition, in the original packaging, in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in a restocking charge of up to 20% or refusal of the return.

Special orders are non-returnable. Please ask your salesperson for details.

Returns sent C.O.D. or freight forward will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Many items including, but not limited to, engine parts, decals, gasket sets, and electrical items are non-returnable.

Queensland Tractor Spares Pty Ltd shall not be liable for loss, injury or any damage relating to parts or machinery supplied by ourselves. Any extended warranty coverage in these circumstances is limited to what is provided by our suppliers.

All parts are only to be fitted by competent persons.

The onus is upon the customer to have full insurance on the items supplied, either if for the use of the purchaser or purchased in the intent to re-sell.

Goods should be checked upon receipt for damage or faults.

Queensland Tractor Spares Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notification.

If you find you can buy a part of the same quality cheaper elsewhere, then we will do our best to beat the price quoted. We must know which company is offering the lower price to ensure the quality is of the same standard.

Body panels must be test-fitted before painting. Queensland Tractor Spares Pty Ltd will not be liable for costs of painting or coating of panels if you have not checked that it fits before painting.

The original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) name, part number and description are for reference only and are not intended to indicate or suggest that our parts are made by the OEM.
