Throttle Body Repair Bushing

Description

Specifications:

• The bushes are for ¼” shafts
• The inside of the bush is ¼” and the outer is interference fit for 3/8”
• Each bush is ½” long
• (0.383 OD — 0.247 ID — LENGTH 0.501)
• These bushes are brass and are not in any of the repair kits

These bushes are for repairing a worn carburetor housing where the throttle shaft or choke shaft have worn into the housing, causing the carb to be hard to tune correctly.

I suggest buying a new 3/8” drill so it does not drill oversize when drilling the housing for the bushes.
